Delivery information

Shipping Policy

Clear expectations from checkout to delivery. This policy explains how Bagoria processes, prepares, dispatches, tracks, and supports orders for handbags, clothing, travel bags, and everyday accessories.

Order preparation Prepared before dispatch

Payment, address details, item availability, and packing requirements may be reviewed before an order leaves our fulfillment network.

Shipping charges Displayed at checkout

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are shown before payment whenever they are available for the delivery address.

Delivery estimate An estimate, not a guarantee

Carrier conditions, destination, weather, customs, and seasonal volume may affect the final arrival date.

Tracking Provided after dispatch

When tracking is available, the shipment details are sent after the carrier accepts or registers the parcel.

Policy overview

Before We Dispatch

Every Bagoria order begins with a preparation stage. This allows the order information, inventory allocation, packaging needs, and delivery details to be reviewed before the parcel enters the carrier network.

01

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has already been packed, dispatched, or accepted by a carrier.

Before dispatch, an order may be reviewed for payment authorization, address accuracy, product availability, unusual order activity, inventory allocation, and other reasonable fulfillment requirements.

02

Processing and Business Days

Orders require a processing period before shipment. Processing includes preparing the products, completing fulfillment checks, packing the order, creating the shipment record, and transferring the parcel to the selected carrier or logistics partner.

Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays, carrier closure days, and other periods when fulfillment or transportation services are not operating normally.

03

Product Availability

Products in the same order may have different handling or fulfillment requirements. Bags, apparel, accessories, and travel-related items may be stored or prepared at different facilities.

When necessary, an order may be divided into more than one shipment. If this occurs, each parcel may receive separate tracking activity and may arrive on a different day.

From checkout to arrival

Your Order Journey

Each order moves through a sequence of preparation, carrier transfer, transportation, and delivery. The timing of each stage can vary according to the products, destination, shipping service, and carrier conditions.

01

Order Received

Your order information is recorded and payment authorization begins. The confirmation details should be reviewed carefully, especially the shipping address and selected products.

02

Order Prepared

Available items are allocated, checked, packed, and prepared for carrier transfer. Larger bags, garments, and accessories may require different packing methods.

03

Parcel Dispatched

The parcel enters the carrier network. Tracking information may take additional time to display its first scan after the shipping record has been created.

04

Order Delivered

The carrier completes delivery according to the destination and local service conditions. Delivery instructions remain subject to carrier acceptance and operational availability.

Careful preparation

Packed for the Journey

Bagoria products vary in shape, structure, material, and scale. A structured handbag may require different preparation from a T-shirt, dress, belt, brooch, backpack, or duffel bag.

Packaging is selected according to reasonable fulfillment needs, product protection, shipment size, and available carrier methods. Some products may be folded, wrapped, nested, or otherwise arranged to support efficient and secure transportation.

Tracking the Movement

Once a parcel is dispatched, the carrier controls transportation, scanning, routing, local handoff, and final delivery. Tracking information is intended to provide visibility into that process, but individual scans may not appear immediately or in real time.

A shipment record may be created before the parcel receives its first physical scan. In some cases, tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing meaningful movement after dispatch information is sent.

Estimated arrival dates remain estimates. They may change because of weather, operational disruptions, transportation capacity, customs clearance, address access, local delivery schedules, or other events beyond Bagoria’s direct control.

Important situations

Shipping Conditions

The following terms explain how common shipping situations are handled. They are intended to protect delivery accuracy and create clear expectations when circumstances change after an order is placed.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are determined at checkout. If a country, region, or address cannot be selected or accepted during checkout, Bagoria does not currently offer a confirmed shipping method for that destination.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment whenever a shipping method is available. The final charge may depend on the delivery address, order size, parcel weight, product type, carrier service, and other fulfillment factors.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate stages, and both may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, customs, transportation interruptions, and seasonal demand.

Multiple Shipments

Products within one order may be shipped separately when they have different preparation requirements or fulfillment locations. Each parcel may have its own tracking number and delivery date.

Receiving one parcel does not always mean the complete order has already been delivered.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. This includes the recipient name, street information, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, and any other required details.

Bagoria cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed. Once fulfillment or carrier processing begins, corrections, rerouting, or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is delayed, returned, misrouted, or undeliverable because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Customs and Import Costs

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other costs imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Bagoria product price or shipping charge.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

A parcel that is refused, not collected, rejected at delivery, or left unclaimed may be returned by the carrier. Original shipping charges may not be refundable, and return or reshipping costs may be deducted or charged where permitted.

Carrier Delays

Bagoria does not directly control carrier operations after dispatch. Delays caused by severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs authorities, local access conditions, labor disruptions, peak shipping periods, or carrier network issues may occur.

Delivery Instructions

Delivery notes or special instructions are requests only. They remain subject to carrier systems, driver discretion, property access, safety requirements, local rules, and operational availability.

Marked Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not immediately visible, review the delivery location, entrances, mail area, parcel room, household members, and nearby safe locations. Carrier scans may occasionally appear shortly before the parcel is physically located.

The customer should also contact the carrier when additional delivery details or location information may be available.

Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives with visible transportation damage, retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and protective materials. Clear photographs of the exterior parcel, label, internal packaging, and affected product may be required for review.

Customer responsibility

Help Delivery Go Well

Accurate order information and timely attention to tracking updates can help reduce avoidable delivery problems. These simple steps are especially important for apartments, gated properties, shared buildings, and international destinations.

01

Review the order confirmation

Confirm that the products, quantities, recipient name, and shipping address are correct as soon as the order is placed.

02

Include complete address details

Add apartment, suite, unit, building, company, access, postal code, and region information whenever those details are required.

03

Monitor tracking activity

Review carrier updates after dispatch so that delivery attempts, pickup requests, customs notices, or exceptions can be addressed promptly.

04

Keep delivery areas accessible

When possible, ensure the carrier can safely access the building, reception area, parcel location, or other designated delivery point.

05

Preserve packaging when reporting damage

Original packaging, labels, and clear photographs help document the condition of a parcel and support a more complete review.

Shipping questions

Questions, Answered

These answers cover common situations that may arise while an order is being prepared, transported, cleared, or delivered.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders require preparation before dispatch. This may include payment review, inventory allocation, product handling, packing, shipment creation, and carrier transfer. The time required can vary according to the order, product availability, fulfillment location, seasonal demand, and operational conditions.
Where can I see the shipping cost?
When a shipping method is available for your cart and delivery address, the applicable option and charge are displayed during checkout before payment. Rates may vary according to destination, product quantity, weight, dimensions, and carrier service.
Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?
No. A delivery estimate is a planning guide rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, local delivery conditions, customs processing, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may change the final delivery date.
Why has my tracking number not updated?
Tracking may be created before the carrier records the parcel’s first physical scan. It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch information is sent for meaningful tracking activity to appear. Some routes also have fewer scans between the origin and destination.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Items may ship separately because of product size, packing needs, inventory location, or fulfillment requirements. Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are not guaranteed. Contact support as soon as possible after placing the order. Once packing, dispatch, or carrier processing begins, the address may no longer be editable or the carrier may charge for an approved correction or rerouting request.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delay, misrouting, failed delivery, or return to sender. If the parcel is returned, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be sent again. Bagoria cannot guarantee recovery of a parcel delivered to the address entered at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these costs are determined by the destination authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What should I do if tracking says delivered?
Check entrances, mail areas, parcel rooms, reception desks, household members, neighbors, and other safe delivery locations. Review the carrier’s delivery information and contact the carrier when more detail is needed. If the parcel remains unavailable after reasonable checks, contact Bagoria with the order and tracking information.
What should I do if the parcel arrives damaged?
Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all protective materials. Take clear photographs of the parcel exterior, label, internal packaging, and affected item. Contact Bagoria promptly so the available information can be reviewed.
Can I choose the shipping carrier?
Available shipping methods are determined by the order, destination, fulfillment location, and logistics network. A specific carrier may not always be available or selectable. Bagoria may use an appropriate carrier or delivery partner based on operational requirements.
What happens if a package is refused or not collected?
Refused or unclaimed parcels may be returned by the carrier. Original shipping costs may not be refundable, and return, customs, handling, or reshipping costs may apply where permitted.
