This means the product must not show signs of wear, washing, use, alteration, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, staining, scuffing, stretching, damage, or improper storage. Original tags, packaging, protective materials, accessories, dust bags, straps, removable parts, and included documentation should be returned whenever supplied.

Different products require different inspection considerations. Our return review is designed to confirm that an item remains complete, hygienic, undamaged, and appropriate for resale.
Bag interiors and exteriors must be clean and free from stains, debris, odors, scratches, makeup, pen marks, moisture, excessive creasing, or deformation. Handles, straps, zippers, closures, hardware, feet, pockets, removable pouches, and included accessories must remain complete and undamaged.
Clothing must be unworn except for a brief indoor fit check, and it must remain unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and free from body odor, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or visible wear. Original garment tags must remain attached where supplied.
Accessories must be returned without scratches, bending, missing stones, damaged pins, worn holes, stretched sections, surface marks, altered sizing, or missing hardware. Protective sleeves, boxes, and included components should be retained.
Products sold as a set or supplied with detachable components must be returned as a complete unit. Missing straps, inserts, pouches, belts, packaging, decorative pieces, or other included parts may reduce or remove refund eligibility.
Apparel returns should remain clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and complete with original tags and packaging whenever provided.
We understand that a product may look or fit differently once it is seen in person. Eligible items may be returned when the style, size, proportion, capacity, or color is not right for you, provided the item still meets all return-condition requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, sizing information, materials, colors, and product details before purchasing. Screen settings and lighting may cause colors to appear slightly different in person, and minor variations that do not represent a product defect are not treated as damage.

Contact Bagoria within 30 days of delivery. Include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, the quantity, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, affected area, and any missing or incorrect components.
Our customer support team will review the request and provide the approved return instructions when the item qualifies. Do not send the package before receiving authorization.
Place the item, original packaging, tags, straps, accessories, and included components inside suitable protective packaging. Avoid attaching tape or shipping labels directly to retail packaging.
When return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, use a trackable delivery service and retain the shipping receipt. Bagoria is not responsible for return packages lost before confirmed receipt.
After the return is delivered, the item is inspected for condition, completeness, and eligibility. We will communicate the approval, partial approval, rejection, exchange, or other resolution.
Once a returned item is received, Bagoria reviews the condition and confirms whether the return complies with this policy. Inspection may require several business days depending on order volume and the nature of the return.
When approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time before the credit appears in your account.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Report visible damage, incorrect products, manufacturing concerns, or missing components as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed accurately.
Provide clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, protective materials, full product, and damaged area. Do not discard packaging until the review is complete.
Keep the product unused and retain all packaging. Send photographs showing the item received, its label or identifying details, and the shipping documentation.
Check all packaging carefully before reporting missing straps, pouches, belts, decorative pieces, or other components. Provide photographs of everything received.
Explain the issue in detail and provide close-up and full-product photographs. Normal material variation, minor thread ends, packaging creases, or color differences caused by screens may not be defects.
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, secure areas, building reception, and carrier information. Delivery investigations may require additional evidence and carrier review.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing begins. If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, the standard return process may apply after delivery.
A return may be declined when the item cannot be resold safely, hygienically, or in its original product condition.
Items showing wear, washing, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, scratches, stretching, scuffing, debris, damaged surfaces, altered structure, or other signs of use may not qualify.
Products that have been resized, shortened, repaired, decorated, personalized, modified, washed, treated, or otherwise altered by the customer or another party cannot normally be returned.
Returns missing straps, pouches, belts, decorative elements, removable parts, product tags, packaging, protective materials, or other included components may be rejected or partially refunded.
Products clearly identified as final sale, non-returnable, clearance, or otherwise excluded at the time of purchase are not normally eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
